* Step 1. Submission of documents

- Within 15 days counting from the date of completion of transaction, the company that manages fund shall inform the Receiving Department of the Department of Planning and Investment at the Public Administration Service Center, address: No.727 National Highway 14, Tan Phu Ward, Dong Xoai City, Binh Phuoc Province where the company locates its head office regarding transfer of the contributed capital of the investor.

- Announcement on transfer of the contributed capital of the investor according to Form 05 in the Appendix attached to the Decree No. 38/2018/NĐ-CP dated 11th March 2018 by the Government providing for written form used in notice on establishment and operation of the innovative startup investment fund.

- The public employee receiving documents checks the completeness, validity of documents:

+ Complete and legitimate documents shall be accepted and issued receipt of of dossiers and returning results to the applicant.

+ For incomplete, unqualified dossiers, providing instructions to the applicant so as to supplement, complete in compliance with statutory regulations.

- Forwarding of dossiers to the Department of Planning and Investment for settlement.

* Step 2. Verification of dossier

- Business registration authorities take responsibility for review of the validity of dossiers.

For unqualified dossiers, the business registration authority shall reply in writing (via Public Administration service Center).

In the event of the notice on winding-up result is invalid, fake documents, the company manages fund, relevant organizations, individuals should be take joint responsibility for payment of unpaid debt and several liability before the law for consequential sequences within 03 years counting from the date of report on winding-up result to the business registration authority.

* Step 3. Returning results.

- The Public Administration Service Center of Binh Phuoc Province shall inform the applicant to receive results and performance of related obligations (if any).

- The applicant brings the Receipt of dossiers and returning results to the Public Administration Service Center of Binh Phuoc Province to be offered instructions to performance of related obligations (if any) and receive results.

+ Direct in the Public Administration Service Center of Binh Phuoc Province.

+ Sending via post office to the Public Administration Service Center of Binh Phuoc Province.

- Announcement on transfer of the contributed capital of the investor according to Form 05 in the Appendix attached to the Decree No.38/2018/NĐ-CP dated 11th March 2018 by the Government providing for written form used in notice on establishment and operation of the innovative startup investment fund, in which specify information on transaction parties, ownership rate of parties (before and after transaction), value of transaction;

- Copy of the transfer contract of investors certified by the company manages fund,

Form No. 05: Announcement on transfer of the contributed capital of the investor of the innovative startup investment fund in the Appendix attached to the Decree No.38/2018/NĐ-CP dated 11th March 2018 by the Government providing for written form used in notice on establishment and operation of the innovative startup investment fund.

k) Requirement, conditions implementing administrative procedures: Quantity of the investors of the fund after transfer shall not exceed 30 persons.

l) Legal basis of the administrative procedures:

- Law on Support for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises No. 4/2017/QH14 dated 12th June 2017;

-  Decree No.38/2018/NĐ-CP dated 11th March 2018 by the Government providing details about innovative startup of the small and medium-sized enterprises.
