- Step 1:
+ For operating enterprise: The enterprise prepares the statement of commitments to fulfill social and environmental objectives according to the form which directly sent/sent by post office.
+ For newly established social enterprise: The founder of the enterprise prepares the statement of commitments to fulfill social and environmental objectives simultaneously sent with the enterprise registration dossier. Directly sent/sent by post office.
The dossier submtted and sent to the Public Administration Service Center, Business Registration Office, Department of Planning and Investment, address: No.727 National Highway 14, Tan Phu Ward, Dong Xoai City.
- Step 2: Dossier acceptance, checking
The dossier-receiving and result-delivering section of the provincial Public Administration Service Center shall check the dossier; complete dossiers shall be issued the Certificate of declaration of information on the statement of commitments to fulfill social and environmental objectives the National Business Registration Portal.
- Step 3: Examination, handling dossier
+ For qualified dossier: Business Registration Office, Department of Planning and Investment shall update information on the statement of commitments to fulfill social and environmental objectives into the business record and declare on the National Business Registration Portal for the enterprise.
+ For refused dossier: Business Registration Office, Department of Planning and Investment shall announce in writing which specify reasons and requests of amendment, supplementation of the business record.

+ Direct in the Public Administration Service Center of Binh Phuoc Province.
+ Sending via post office to the Public Administration Service Center of Binh Phuoc Province.

+ Legitimate copy of the meeting minutes of the Members’ Council for the limited liability company of two or more members, the owner of the company or the Members’ Council of the President of the one-memebr limited liability company, general meeting of shareholders for joint stock company, general partners for partnership at the time of approval of contents in the Statement of commitments to fulfill social and environmental objectives (Attachment to the Form 1- Circular No.04/2016/TT-BKHĐT).
* For newly established social enterprise:
+ Statement of commitments to fulfill social and environmental objectives (form);
+ Decision of the enterprise on approval of contents in the Statement of commitments to fulfill social and environmental objectives (Attachment to the Form 1- Circular No.04/2016/TT-BKHĐT);
- Quantity of dossier: 01 dossier.
d) Settlement time limit: Within 02 (two) working days counting from the date of acceptance of complete qualified dossier.
đ) Objects implementing administrative procedures: Enterprises, individuals.
e) Organizations implementing administrative procedures:
- Competent authority: Business Registration Office - Department of Planning and Investment.
- Organization directly implements: Business Registration Office - Department of Planning and Investment.
g) Results of implementing administrative procedures: Newly established social enterprise (For newly established social enterprise)/Business record shall be updated and declared on the National Business Registration Portal or notice on refusal which specify reasons and requests of amendment, supplementation of the business record.
h) Name of form, declaration form: Statement of commitments to fulfill social and environmental objectives (Form 1- Circular No.04/2016/TT-BKHĐT);
i) Fees:
- For newly established social enterprise:
+ 50.000 dong/time (Fees of issuance of new business registration certificate, changes in the business registration certificate, payment at the time of submission of dossier).
+ 100.000 dong/time (Fees of declaration of contents of business registration, the Circular 47/2019/TT-BTC).
- For operating enterprises:
+ 100.000 dong/time (Fees of declaration of contents of business registration, the Circular 47/2019/TT-BTC).
