a) Implementation order:
- Step 1: The enterprise directly sends the Notice of receipt of aid/sponsorship via post office or submits the dossier at the Public Administration Service Center, Business Registration Office, Department of Planning and Investment, address: No.727 National Highway 14, Tan Phu Ward, Dong Xoai City.
- Step 2: Dossier acceptance, checking
+ For qualified dossier, the Business Registration Office, Department of Planning and Investment shall update information.
+ For refused dossier: Business Registration Office, Department of Planning and Investment shall announce in writing which specify reasons and requests of amendment, supplementation of the business record.
b) Method of execution:
Within 05 working days counting from the date of changes in aid/sponsorship adjustments, the enterprise must send the Notice of aid/sponsorship adjustments to the provincial Public Administration Service Center, Business Registration Office, Department of Planning and Investment.

+ Notice of aid/sponsorship adjustments according to Form 05 of the Circular No.04/2016/TT-BKHĐT dated 17th May 2016 by the Ministry of Planning and Investment providing writtent forms for registration of social enterprises.
+ Copy of the Notice of receipt of aid/sponsorship.
- Quantity of dossier: 01 dossier.
d) Settlement time limit: Within 05 (five) working days counting from the date of receiving the Notice.

- Competent authority: Business Registration Office - Department of Planning and Investment.

k) Requirement, conditions implementing administrative procedures:
The social enterprise is entitled to receive aid/sponsorship or technical support from home and abroad individuals, agencies, organizations registered to operate in Vietnam for the purpose of settlement of social, environmental issues.
l) Legal basis of the administrative procedures:
- Law on Enterprises No.68/2014/QH13 dated 26th November 2014;
- Decree No.96/2015/NĐ-CP dated 19th October 2015 by the Government providing details about some articles of the Law on Enterprises;
- Circular No.04/2016/TT-BKHĐT dated 17th May 2016 by the Ministry of Planning and Investment providing details about the written form used in social enterprise registration.
