a) Order of implementation:

* Step 1. Submit dossiers

- Within 07 days after completing the increase or decrease of the fund's contributed capital, the company that manages the fund must notify the Receiving Department of the Department of Planning and Investment at the Provincial Public Administration service Center, address: No. 727 National Road No. 14, Tan Binh Ward, Dong Xoai City, Binh Phuoc Province where the company is headquartered to increase or decrease the contributed capital of the fund.

Notice of establishment of an innovative start-up investment fund using the Form 01a and 01b in the Appendix to the Government's Decree No. 38/2018 / ND-CP dated March 11, 2018, specifying the forms of documents used in the notice of establishment and operation of innovative start-up investment fund.

- Public servants receiving dossiers checking the completeness and validity of the dossiers:

+ In case of complete and valid dossiers, receive and prepare a Letter of receiving dossiers and Letter of returning the results to the applicant.

+ In case the dossier is incomplete and invalid, guide the applicant to supplement and complete the dossier as prescribed.

- Transfer dossiers to Department of Planning and Investment for settlement.

* Step 2. Verify dossiers

- The business registration agency is responsible for reviewing the validity of the notice and attached documents within 15 working days from the date of receiving the notice.

In case the notice and accompanying documents are valid, the business registration agency (through the Public Administration service Center) shall send a written request to the company for fund management on the increase or decrease of the contributed capital of the valid innovative start-up investment fund. In case the notice and accompanying documents are invalid according to the Government's Decree No. 38/2018 / ND-CP of March 11, 2018, the business registration agency (through the Public Administration service Center) send the document to the fund management company and specify the reason and requirements for amendments and additions (if any).

 * Step 3. Return the results

The applicant should bring the Letter of receiving dossiers and Letter of returning the results to the Public Administration Service Center of Binh Phuoc Province to be instructed to perform the related obligations (if any) and receive the results.

+ Sending through post office to the Public Administration Service Center of Binh Phuoc Province.

c) Composition, number of dossiers:

* Composition of dossiers, including:

- Notice of increase or decrease in capital of innovative start-up investment fund according to the Form No. 02 in the Appendix enclosed with the Government's Decree No. 38/2018 / ND-CP dated March 11, 2018, providing the forms of documents on used in the notice of establishment and operation of innovative start-up investment funds.

- Minutes of meetings and resolutions of the General Meeting of Investors on the increase, decrease of capital and related documents;

- Modified fund charter;

- A record of capital contribution agreement and a list of investors contributing capital, contributed capital amount, and percentage of ownership of contributed capital before and after the increase or decrease of the contributed capital of the fund;

- Certificate of fund management company on the additional capital contribution, list of assets contributed to the fund. In case of capital reduction: A certificate of fund management by the company on asset allocation

* Number of dossier: 01 set.

d) Time limit for settlement: Business Registration agency is responsible for reviewing the validity of the notice and attached documents within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the notice.

g) Results of carrying out administrative procedures: Documents sent to the fund management company on establishment of a valid fund and enterprise profile updated on the National Business Registration Portal.
