a) Implementation order:
- Small and medium-sized enterprises access the consultant network on the national portal on support for small- and medium-sized enterprises, portals of the Ministries, inter-ministerial agencies to select consultant or the consultancy organization and consultancy service which is suitable to enterprises.
- Small and medium-sized enterprises submit dossier to request support for consultancy at the small and medium-sized enterprises support unit.
b) Method of execution: Sending dossier requesting for consultancy according to instructions of the small and medium-sized enterprises support unit under the provincial People’s Committee.
c) Components of dossier:
* Dossier including:
a) Declaration on determination of microenterprise, small and medium-sized enterprises according to form stipulated under the Appendix issued following the Decree No.39/2018/NĐ-CP;
b) Copy of the Business Registration Certificate;
c) Written agreement on consultancy service between enterprise and consultant or the consultancy group of the consultant network.
* Quantity of dossier: 01 dossier.
d) Settlement time limit: Not regulated.
đ) Objects implementing administrative procedures: Individuals, organizations.
e) Organizations implementing administrative procedures:
- Competent authority: Business Registration Office - Department of Planning and Investment.
- Organization directly implements: Business Registration Office - Department of Planning and Investment.
g) Results of implementing administrative procedures:
- Small enterprises are maximum reduced 30% value of consultancy contract, but not exceeding 05 million dong a year;
- Medium enterprises are maximum reduced 10% value of consultancy contract, but not exceeding 10 million dong a year;
h) Fees: No.
i) Name of form, declaration form: Declaration on determination of microenterprise, small and medium-sized enterprises according to form stipulated under the Appendix issued following the Decree No.39/2018/NĐ-CP.
k) Requirement, conditions implementing administrative procedures: No.
